VOICE-4 Innovation pioneers the design and testing of new programmes that empower people and organisations by incubating ideas to create impactful, sustainable, and scalable solutions for emerging challenges
The Uganda project for VOICE-4 will pilot its proven gender-transformative model to address the pressing challenges faced by girls in Uganda. Through fun, safe, and inclusive spaces, the programme will equip girls with critical knowledge on their bodies, rights, safety, and future planning while engaging boys as allies for gender equality. Given the high rates of child marriage, teenage pregnancy, gender-based violence, and menstrual health challenges, the project will provide life skills education to break harmful cycles. VOICE-4 will collaborate with local partners to adapt and implement its methodology in Uganda, ensuring culturally relevant and impactful interventions.
