Donation Refund Policy

Welcome to this web-site of VOICE 4 GIRLS (“VOICE-4”). VOICE has instituted this donation refund policy to ensure fair, and transparent policy on refund.

VOICE-4 accepts donations only from those who voluntarily and whole-heartedly wish to contribute to support a cause they believe in. Therefore, we do not encourage refund of donations once made towards a cause. Donors are encouraged to verify their donation details before proceeding and exercise due care and diligence while making donations. A tax exemption certificate shall be issued by VOICE-4 to the respective Donor within 7 business days of Donation.

We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under:-

  1. No refund/cancellation for the donated amount made through the online payment gateway, by any donor will not be entertained.

  2. No cash or refund of money will be allowed.

  3. Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made.

  4. The donation will be used for creating gender transformative safe spaces for adolescents and youth and empowerment through education, mentorship, and systemic change and other objects of the trust.

However, VOICE-4, at its discretion, is only obliged to make refund of donations, if a tax exemption certificate (u/s 80G) has not been issued to the Donor.

Once the Donor issue a refund request for non- issue of tax exemption certificate, VOICE-4, at its discretion, to either refund the donation or issue the tax exemption certificate in next 7 business days from refund request initiated.

Donors who receive refunds shall have the responsibility of correcting any tax filings they have made reflecting the refunded amount.

Refund Communication

Decisions of VOICE-4 on refund request will be final and binding on the donor.
